Process
The extracted fibre was then dried in a concrete yard, and the pith was moved and stored in bunkers for additional washing to remove any seeds, weeds, and other foreign materials.
To lower the EC level, the Coir Pith Raw Material is washed with fresh water, and the outcome is checked by a quality control officer. Every effort has been made to suit the purchasers' requirements.
The material was squeezed, dried outside, and then was cemented. The expansive, pricey, and particle-free concrete yard is where the drying process is carried out. The materials are tested for moisture at this level. The material is prepared for screening once the desired moisture level has been obtained.
The pith is removed from the drying yards after it has dried and fed into the compression devices. The dried ingredients are compacted into 325 gm, 375 gm, 500 gm, 650 gm briquettes, 5 kg blocks, or compact grow slabs in order to maximise efficiency for our growers.
The compressed blocks are then placed in UV bags and placed meticulously on clean wooden pallets to maintain hygienic standards. Our packaged goods are transported using dry vans or 40-foot high-cube containers.
The full containers then travel directly from our facilities to our growers throughout the world via land and sea.
